Incredible Evangelistic Thanksgiving!

Next week, on November 7th & 8th, we're hosting our annual Thanksgiving dinners. What started years ago as an evangelistic outreach has truly exploded! This is our second year doing two back-to-back evenings, and we're nearly packed with 300 people total. Folks from local churches are inviting unsaved friends and neighbors for a great meal and a clear gospel presentation. Please pray the Spirit prepares every heart to respond!

Challenging and Equipping Leaders

After investing time in translating materials and refining our training conferences, we're now building trust with new churches and leaders to expand our support for teen ministries. This year, we set up a stand at the Baptist national youth conference for the first time to promote English4Life and our youth curriculum. Many were shy to approach, but my friend Matthew—who's served at our camps—was a God-send! In just two days, he tracked down leaders, introduced me, and raved about our work. It carried so much weight coming from him. People were thrilled to find solid youth curriculum—good Christian books are rare here, and small-group Bible studies or teen materials? Practically nonexistent. Even college/career leaders and Sunday school teachers asked if it would suit their groups.

Huge thanks to everyone who gave so we could do these translations! Please pray with us that God provides $3,800 by year's end to translate next year's materials—a priceless resource for Polish churches.

At the end of August, we held our Leadership Training conference with 50 people from 10 youth groups. For context, most groups rely on one leader handling 90% of the work, maybe with some teen help. We demonstrated how planning can involve teen leaders, parents, or others more effectively. We guided them through mapping out their year, including events and teaching plans. One teen group attended without their adult leader and loved this illustration: one strong person struggling with a heavy weight versus five girls sharing the load. A teen remarked, "This is my dad—he does it all and needs our help!" Sitting next to her was 17-year-old Emanuel from the same church, who was thrilled to serve as a counselor at our summer camps for the first time. He loves sharing the gospel and wants to get more involved. I told him how teen leaders in my youth group taught their first lessons last year using this curriculum, and he was eager to try it soon.

Remember Ania, our summer camp counselor? She shared about our materials with three churches—two adopted them right away. One was her sister's church across the country, which bought 30 quiet-time booklets for their teens and started using the curriculum too.

Our curriculum is available in English and many other languages! Create an account here to download and check it out yourself—the four free lessons for youth focus on building a daily devotional habit called Quiet Time.

Please pray for:

God to touch hearts with the gospel at our Thanksgivings on November 7th & 8th.
God to provide $3,800 for translating next year's youth leader curriculum.
Youth groups nationwide prepping for our Bible Quiz—pray leaders stay creative and faithful in motivating teens to study, and that the Spirit helps everyone apply these verses to their lives.
Our post-Thanksgiving travels for Evangelistic Lego parties with youth groups, including one at a Christian school. We'll have 20-minute slots in two schools to promote and invite teens—huge potential! Pray teens invite friends, and God gives us all boldness and sensitivity to share the gospel.
